How many people can stay, and where do we sleep?
The cabin accommodates up to four guests in approximately 420 square feet. The queen bed is in the main living space. A separate small room has custom narrow twin bunk beds. There is one bathroom. If bunk dimensions or suitability matter for your group, ask us through Airbnb before reserving.
What is the dog policy?
Up to five dogs are welcome with no pet fee and no breed or weight restrictions. Use the provided furniture covers, clean paws, pick up waste, and supervise your dogs. Review the current house rules on Airbnb before booking.
Is EV charging included?
Level 2 EV charging is optional and costs $25 per day with unlimited charging. Message us through Airbnb to confirm your vehicle’s connector compatibility and arrangements before booking.
What should I know about arrival and access?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. with smart-lock entry; check-out is by 11 a.m. The driveway is steep. Contact us through Airbnb if you have a low-clearance vehicle or mobility questions. Please ask about the entry and parking setup if these affect your stay.
What are the main house rules?
Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking or vaping, parties, or commercial photography. Review all current Airbnb rules before reserving, and message us there with questions.
